Explore the  timeline of events leading up, during and after the attack on Pearl Harbor

The learner will explore the timeline of events for the attack on Pearl Harbor using augmented resource of the Battleship Arizona and USS Arizona Memorial by:

• Examining the exterior and interior structure 

• Examining the process and symbolism of the structure

  • Explaining significant events and challenges leading up to the attack on Pearl Harbor (ex. Sequence of events, economic and political challenges etc.)
  • Explaining the involvement of individuals and groups of individuals who were a part of the attack on Pearl Harbor (ex. Politicians, military, cultural groups etc.)
  • Reflecting on first-hand experiences of survivors, and eyewitness civilians who were a part of the attack on Pearl Harbor
